Overall sales development of Generic and OTC products in the West Zone (Maharashtra, Gujarat, Rajasthan). Must have prior working experience in Zone and all the Western states.
1)Effectively handle fieldwork in the entire zone to identify new markets opportunities.
2)Scrutinize and appoint competent parties as new stockiest.
3)To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, and growth) through the team of RSMs, ASMs & SOs.
4)To conduct business development orientation programme and impart regular training to the team members of Zone.
5)Monitoring the Sales and Inventory of every H.Q. on monthly basis.
6)Effectually observe the Customers Coverage by the Sales Team at every month.
7)Observing the strategy implementation by the field force.
8)Depot / C&F administration, sales forecasting, proper identification of sales prospects and redistribution.
9)Review of Sales Team members activities & business.
10)Develop healthy business relations with business partners.
11)Hiring of RSM / ASM in coordination with Sales leadership / Corporate HR.
