1)Effectively handle fieldwork in the entire state to identify new markets opportunities.
2)To achieve assigned region business objective/Target (sales, collection, and growth) through the team of ASMs & SOs.
3)Training of sales team about company's products, rules and regulations as per sales team guidelines manual.
4)Joint field working with team members at retail and stockist level.
5)To keep adequate stock at Depot in coordination with Depot Head.
6)To check and verify the Stock Transfer Order from Depot to Company in coordination with depot head.
7)Hiring of RSM / ASM in coordination with ZSM / GM.
8)Ensure timely submission of Tour plan / Managers Monthly Report / Expenses of team members and self.
9)Review of Sales Team members activities & business.
Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 4,75,000 P.A.
