1)Planning and Execution of products required as per order received.
2)To coordinate with HR for ensuring adequate numbers of workmen are in place and adherence to all laws and rules.
3)To ensure necessary raw material is available in requisite quantity in advance.
4)To ensure proper Quality Inspection of Raw Material and report non-concurrence to Purchase Team.
5)To carryout production of different categories of Ayurvedic products as per availability of infrastructure & Equipments & Machines.
6)To ensure Production is followed as per prescribed formula and GMP guidelines.
7)To ensure shop floor is properly maintained and hygienically cleaned.
8)To impart continuous on-the-job training (OJT) in Ayurvedic Unit.
9)Responsible for all manufacturing processes and solves the problems in batch of different manufacturing.
10)To ensure all necessary licenses are renewed and returns are filled on time.
11)To provide necessary reports to management viz; Stock Report, Manpower Report, Quality Report, Production Report, Materials Requisition Report, Finished Stock Report etc.
12)To carry our any other responsibilities as required by the management from time to time.
Salary: INR 10,00,000 - 15,00,000 P.A. Negotiable
