2.Analyzing market trends, pricing and competitor's activities & maintaining Sales performance.
3.Responsible for supervision of sales operations and services.

5.Build strong sales team, develop and nurture them to achieve their goals.
6.Develop and communicate organizational policies and goals across team.
7.Review marketing and sales budget and ensure its compliance.
8.To develop performance standards and evaluate team performances.
9.Hiring of Sales Officers in coordination with GM Sales & marketing / Corporate HR.
10.Achieving sales targets.
11.Visiting stockiest for sales & sales promotion.
Salary: INR 3,00,000 - 3,25,000 P.A.
